Rooted in Austin

Trina Crumpton has spent her life in Austin, Arkansas — raising a family here, building a small business here, and volunteering here. She knows the streets that flood, the businesses that are hiring, and the neighbors who show up when someone needs help.

As a small business owner, Trina learned to make a budget work, to answer for every dollar, and to keep her promises to the people counting on her. That same discipline is what she will bring to City Hall.

She has served on community boards, organized local drives, and worked alongside first responders, teachers, and business owners to make Austin a safer and stronger place to live.

Why I’m running

“Austin is growing, and growth is a good problem to have — but only if we plan for it. I’m running because our city deserves leadership that listens first, spends carefully, and keeps this a place our kids want to come back to.”

What I believe

Servant leadership
The job is to serve residents, not the other way around.
Fiscal responsibility
Every dollar the city spends belongs to a taxpayer here.
Open government
Decisions explained in plain language, before they are made.
Room to grow
Welcome growth, but plan for the roads, water, and services it needs.
